The Przystań Medyczna Foundation (Medical Haven Foundation) was established in 2017 in Kraków. Our mission is to provide medical assistance to individuals experiencing homelessness, poverty, and social exclusion. We believe that health plays a key role in the journey toward social reintegration and the improvement of living conditions.Our ultimate goal is to open an outpatient facility where patients in particularly difficult life and financial circumstances can access primary medical care. We are an organization where every individual, regardless of their situation, is met with respect, kindness, and a kind word.The Foundation brings together doctors, nurses, paramedics, and medical students, as well as people who are not professionally involved in medicine. OUR SCOPE OF ACTIVITY
  • Treating and dressing wounds, including chronic wounds, pressure ulcers, and skin ulcers.
  • Performing bedside testing, such as blood glucose monitoring, blood pressure measurement, ECG, ultrasound (USG), and oxygen saturation levels.
